1. License grant
Subject to this agreement, MayreDukaan grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the application for your lawful personal or business purposes.
2. License restrictions
You may not copy or redistribute the application except as expressly permitted, sell or sublicense it, reverse engineer or attempt to extract its source code except where the law expressly allows, bypass security measures, or use it to violate any law or third-party right.
3. Ownership
The application is licensed, not sold. MayreDukaan and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the application, including intellectual-property rights. No rights are granted except those expressly stated here.
4. Updates and changes
Updates may add, change, or remove features. Some updates may be required for continued use, security, or compatibility. This agreement applies to updates unless separate terms accompany them.
5. User data
Your use of the application is also governed by the MayreDukaan Privacy Policy. You remain responsible for the accuracy and legality of information entered into the application.
6. Disclaimer
The application is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law, without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. You should independently verify important business, inventory, and sales information.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MayreDukaan will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from installation or use of the application.
8. Termination
This license ends automatically if you materially violate this agreement. When it ends, you must stop using and uninstall the application. Provisions concerning ownership, disclaimers, liability, and governing law continue after termination.
9. Governing law
This agreement is governed by the laws of Pakistan. Courts with jurisdiction in Pakistan will have authority over disputes, subject to mandatory applicable law.
